Nesting man sued by Dr Dre

GLENTNESS – A multi-millionaire rap artist is seriously considering visiting Shetland – but not to do a show.

World-famous rapper and business mogul Dr. Dre plans to bring his full legal force to a small croft on Shetland’s east side.

His target is farmer Drew Laurenson, after the Nesting man became the first Shetlander to sell branded peats. The peats, said to be of higher quality than other peats on the market, are marketed as “peats. by drew”.

This rang alarm bells with Music Industry & Peat expert Hubert Parsons who contacted Dr Dre’s legal team.

We caught up with Drewie, who told us he wasn’t scared of Dr Dre:

“So he thinks he’ll come aa d y fae Compton joost to taak on an auld farmer lik me? I’ll tel him dat am been makkin peats. by drew since at least 2001! The hard work has given my The Chronic back pain!”
